A Fair Approach to Pricing
Cost can influence whether someone is able to access coaching and professional development. At the same time, providing thoughtful, well-prepared services requires ongoing investment in training, professional development, assessment tools, and the costs of maintaining a sustainable practice.
GOTTAMINUTE's Fair Pricing Framework is designed to hold both realities in view.
Access, Standard, and Employer-Funded pricing provide different pathways depending on how a service is being funded and whether cost would otherwise create a meaningful barrier. The quality, care, and professionalism of the service remain the same.
Access Pricing
Access pricing is available to self-funded individuals for whom the Standard fee would create a meaningful financial barrier to accessing the service.
Clients may self-identify as needing Access pricing. No proof of income or financial documentation is required.
Access pricing recognizes that cost can be a genuine barrier to professional support. At the same time, the fee reflects the investment required to provide services responsibly, including professional time, training and development, third-party assessment costs where applicable, and the ongoing costs of maintaining the practice.
Access pricing is subject to availability and is intended to reduce a genuine financial barrier rather than function as a negotiable discount from the Standard rate.
Standard Pricing
Standard pricing reflects the normal fee for self-funded clients and is intended to fairly account for the professional time, expertise, preparation, administration, ongoing training and development, third-party assessment costs where applicable, and business costs required to provide the service.
Employer-Funded / Workplace Pricing
Employer-Funded / Workplace pricing applies when an employer, business, government body, association, insurer, professional-development fund, or other organization is paying or reimbursing all or part of the service fee.
Organizations may also choose to add services, such as additional coaching sessions or coaching packages, where these would support the goals of the engagement. Additional services are scoped and priced separately.
Service Requiring Additional or Custom Scope
Where a service requires work materially beyond the scope normally included in the stated fee, additional work may be quoted separately.
Examples may include additional coaching sessions, significant document review, additional sponsor or stakeholder meetings, customized preparation, written materials, additional analysis, or other requirements outside the standard scope of the service.
Training, facilitation, training development, and other customized organizational services may be scoped and priced separately based on the work required.

Pro-Bono Coaching
Pro-bono coaching is separate from the Access pricing model.
Pro-bono services are offered through partnerships, exchanges, community initiatives, or other opportunities intentionally selected by GOTTAMINUTE. Pro-bono coaching is not an alternative pricing category available on request.

If you are self-funding and the Standard rate would create a meaningful financial barrier, you're welcome to choose Access pricing where available. No financial documentation or explanation of your personal circumstances is required.
If an employer or organization is funding or reimbursing the service, Employer-Funded / Workplace pricing applies where indicated.
For customized services or needs that fall outside the standard scope, a clear quote will be provided before proceeding.
